Registration and casting of votes will start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning and will end at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon. Only member-consumers whose names appear in the master lists posted at the concerned ASELCO Area Office and at the Barangay Halls in the municipalities and city under the said districts shall be allowed to vote during the election.
